Built by property people, not a tech startup

Blinc-UK was founded in 2008 by two estate agents, Daniel Leeson and Darren Bignall, who were tired of slow, unreliable referencing and outdated technology. Seventeen years on, a 22-strong team serves over 1,000 agents across the UK.

Along the way we pioneered anti-fraud techniques that became industry standards and built one of the property sector's established AML products. This platform is its next generation — rebuilt from the ground up for the way modern firms run compliance.
