Last updated 28 July 2026

Introduction

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at blinc-uk.com(the “Site”), operated by Blinc-UK Ltd (“Blinc-UK”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06635146), with its registered office at Chancery House, 3 Hatchlands Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6AA.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is a marketing website that provides information about Blinc-UK and its compliance products and services, and allows you to request a demo or contact us. Use of the Blinc-UK compliance platform itself (tenant referencing, AML and related services) is governed by a separate set of terms provided at the point of onboarding.

Use of the Site

You agree that you will not:

  • use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
  • submit false, misleading or another person’s information through any form on the Site; or
  • use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of it.

Form submissions

When you submit a demo request or other enquiry through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Submitting a form does not create any contract for the supply of products or services, and does not guarantee access to our platform. We may contact you about your enquiry and closely related updates. How we handle the personal data you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Blinc-UK name and brand, and the design and layout of the Site — is owned by or licensed to Blinc-UK and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for your convenience only; we have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, it is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, that the Site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update or withdraw the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
