About the Site

The Site is a marketing website that provides information about Blinc-UK and its compliance products and services, and allows you to request a demo or contact us. Use of the Blinc-UK compliance platform itself (tenant referencing, AML and related services) is governed by a separate set of terms provided at the point of onboarding.

Use of the Site

You agree that you will not:

• use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;

• submit false, misleading or another person’s information through any form on the Site; or

Form submissions

When you submit a demo request or other enquiry through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Submitting a form does not create any contract for the supply of products or services, and does not guarantee access to our platform.
